The Story...
My Grandma, Gwendolyn, had 8 children and she raised them mostly as a single mother. She used to start baking her sweet bread and cakes very early in the morning and then sell them outside of her house. Grandma gave the recipe to her daughters, my aunties, and one of them, my aunty Inez gave the recipe to me. The recipe has not changed and is handmade in the same way that my Grandma made it.
